Quickstart

Each model gets its own folder, such as data/example/. Put the template PDF there (it is not committed) next to a YAML manifest, data/example/example.yaml, which maps PDF pages to cardstock colours. The conversion writes the SVG, the edge table and a status README.md into the same folder. Then:

make                 # all pages -> data/example/example.svg
make CONFIG=data/<model>/<model>.yaml   # another model
make page PAGE=4     # one page  -> output/example/page-4/example.svg
make report          # check the result on the Results pages

Without make:

python -m src.lowpoly_pdf_to_svg --config data/example/example.yaml
python -m src.lowpoly_pdf_to_svg --config data/example/example.yaml --page 4 --output output/example/page-4

Open data/example/example.svg in Inkscape 1.2 or newer and work through the guide.
